Welding & Casting Lead Downpipes

I was asked to repair and make a new lead downpipe for a Georgian Town House in Ludlow. For the repairs I welded on new sections of lead and dressed the downpipes into shape. I had to weld and cast a new lead downpipe to match, to replace one that was beyond repair. I fabricated a new lead swan neck (bent like a swans neck) to connect it to the gutter. The new one can be seen second from right in the picture opposite.

My house doesn't have any gutters or downpipes. I didn't know I could get a lead downpipe. I'll be sure to find someone to make me one so I can have them make a new one when the old one is beyond repair.
